I'd add the "Miriam Hospital Expansion" for late 2007, and the "Women and Infants Hospital Expansion" for "End of 2009," which is the latest I've heard.  In the "still need" category, I'd add the "Wayland Sq Armory Condos."  With demolition scheduled to happen this summer, my guess is late '07 to early '08, but we'll see.  I haven't heard anything solid.

Thats why I'm afraid to put any on the list myself.  It's like a big Houdini act over there - now you see it, now you don't...

Sad thing is, there were a few of those projects that would have really enhanced the feel (and height/density) of Atwells - Oh well...

Its sort of rumor at this point (though a solid rumor), but they may be expanding the existing parking garage and building an extended stay hotel on top of it. This replaces the condo proposal. TPG hasn't made any big announcement about it, and their website is vague, but this is the word out there.

Ah, that comment...  That's in the category of "I'll believe it when I hear a press announcement of it..." category .

Regarding Women and Infants, I'll amend my statement somewhat with this from the W&I homepage:

"The Boston architecture firm of Anshen Allen and Rothman has already begun design work on the new building. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2007, with a ribbon cutting slated for early 2009."

What about Armory's 383 West Fountain Street development? According to their wesbite, construction was supposed to start in 4/06 -4/07. Anyone have a real date for that?

i'm hoping it's that way... our wedding is scheduled for june 7, 08.  by then, the outside of the building should be finished, so our guests will see how sweet providence is (at least on a superficial level).

these came from the latest projo article detailing the downtonw condo market.  I think the article is posted in the 110 and/or the Waterplace threads.  All other data for these dates has come from project websites and/or projo articles...
