KEO has designed a 40 storey Commercial Tower in the main commercial area in Kuwait. The site is located in a very prominent commercial area on Fahad Al Salem Street. The Design reflects the ongoing economic and commercial development
of the country. At the same time the design provides successful resolutions of adaptive design strategies related to the environmental, urban, cultural and functional aspects. Ground Floor and Mezzanine provide retail-shopping areas. Office space is provided in upper 34 floors.

The total built up area is around 17,000m2. Parking is provided in the basement. Some of the benefits of the design include floors without the obtrusive pillar engineering design, which allows for duplex office areas.

That tower shot up fast man!! It also looks nice with Liberation Tower, both are very futuristic and modern.

This tower is completely finished now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It looks like a big cellphone... , and i love it.
