That block could make very good use of that building. Nice to see East Downtown filling in.

I don't think it's been posted ehre, but it seems like Phase II of the Sexton will not get built. An article on www.tccondomap.com highlights some of the struggles the developers are still facing with Phase I http://tccondomap.com/
