The location near the airport sounds like a good idea. The new one they opened here in Michigan is way in the Detroit suburbs.

That area was originally going to have a hotel and a shopping center and theater and all sorts of stuff. The plans changed rapidly after 9/11. It's good to see Ikea coming in. Right now there is a MAX stop but no reason to get off the train.
