It's a big, old thing, and as Cooley keeps moving their classes to the high-rise Cooley Center just a block away, what will become of the building is unknown at the moment.

The Providence temple was shown earlier in the thread in the process of being converted into a Renaissance hotel.  The hotel opened a few weeks ago, so here is a pic of the finished product by night, as seen from the RI State House:
