Man I hope that is not what Short Pump will look like...  Richmond needs to spruce up like that!

some great shots.  It is quite amazing how far they have gotten with OysterPoint Center.  I hate to say it, in picture form it really just looks like a fake outdoor shopping mall that has merged with a major office park, but at least it is a start for them.  Hopefully it will begin to really flesh out and become the center of focus for that area.  As well as develop a strong urban core and skyline to be proud of.

But regardless of what I think, I am truly happy to see a change like this for that part of the metro......it was in major need for NN and Hampton.

I just wanted to say this is a great photo and could be one of my favorite mixed use residential buildings in Hampton Roads. Better than 201 Twenty One IMO.

I'd really like to see more and more of these kinds of projects.Especially in Norfolk and Virginia Beach's CBD.

I had no idea Newport News was putting out urban projects like this.
