I wish there were more height to the glazing at the canal level: taller storefront windows make for a more inviting and compelling pedestrian experience.

Hey Joey thanks for the info! It seems like it is a prefab deal of some sort. I'm not sure if that's just for the parking structure portion or if it will be for the entire tower.
I don't know if you saw it previously, but the retail portion will consist of 2 1500 sf retail condos in the two central sections fronting the canal Walk. The other 2 will be a storage area and fitness center for residents.

Why doesn't this code save what you've written? I was almost done and something happened that I got an expired screen... that was a lot of pictures!

There's Rocketts

Speaking of Rocketts

Imagine what this land will look like.
My first time inside the complex

Libby Hill Park in the distance

From the Intermediate Terminal Dock

From Old Main St.

I love the views from here

Patriotic Richmond

The river from Ash St

Ash St.

Another failed pan (one of at least three from this spot)
Up and down Main St. I figure the best time to get it would be in the early morning daylight. Also this overlooks the site of Echo Harbour.

Southern States from this view that will be blocked.

My first trip to the other end of Peebles St to the Fulton Gas Works. What can we do with this site?!

I had seen this and I believe it's in my Rvapics1 set.

I knew there had to be a second one on the other side.

East Main

Rafters!

From Ash St, the rest from the dock

Looking downstream

and WOW. The Lucky Strike Building on Tobacco Row, theyve really started to pick up on the renovations! Taking out the old, boarded windows was a tremendous improvment itself!

I'll get started on the rest of it... and tomorrow I'll upload last Sunday!
And I took urban's advice and put the whole thread on text file earlier.

I love the angles from 14th St and the view from Mayos Bridge/Island

The same angle as my submission... wow can't hardly see the Capitol anymore!

New islands?

I like this view too

Graffiti anyone?

The lot I think would be great for a riverfront hotel

Behind it is a boat access which one day I'll walk down to see.

The murals are a bad idea now... unless you paint them on! they're all faded now.

I never noticed the boat.

Triple Crossing... maybe there can be a restaurant on the triangular lot facing the canal called Triple Crossings?
