I tried searching for any information on this building but I didn't find anything. Could someone help me out with some renderings or website information?

Maybe I'm not seeing it, but what's the approximate address? Can you describe the area or give an approximate of where the building is?

Do you mean the building under construction behind Sunset Place...US-1 and 60th or something, across from UM? The thing has a huge footprint for this part of town. I'd assumed it was to be a condo

Its to be an office condo building with a Whole Foods Market at the ground floor. Its to have 100K sqft of office space and 65k sqft of retail. (assuming we are talking about the building going up on 57th Ave across from Sunset Place). The one that started then stalled at US-1 and Sunset was supposed to be the new building for the MD Housing Authority but it got caught up in all kinds of red tape and now its just sitting idle with a big whole in the ground. There is another huge property on 57th Ave and about 75th Street that has been sitting empty for about 4 years that was supposed to be a townhouse development. There is also a huge project (offices, condos, restaraunts) to get started soon on all the parking lots just a couple of blocks south of 72nd street and Sunset Place. Not to mention the 4 office buildings either just completed or U/C on the other side of US-1 and 72nd Street near the hospital.
