How about the Hokie's smackdown against #10 Clemson last night? What a game! I still think Tech's QB needs to go.

It won't matter once Tyrod Taylor from Hampton High comes in. He will reinvigorate the hokie team and provide that Mike Vick scramble tech use to enjoy. Every team has to have a down year. It speaks volumes that even in Tech's down year they are still ranked 23.

Glennon is a good QB but he is a pocket passer and VA Tech's offense is set up for a scrambler. Randell was a much better QB his first full season as the starter. No mercy for Glennon because this is his 3rd year in the system.

Yeah, this is why Virginia's better. We spend our money wisely. Soccer balls are much cheaper than football pads.

Don't look so confused. Although Tech has the better football and women's basketball programs currently, UVa has a decisive lead in all the Olympic sports and baseball. Tech is competitive, though, in men's soccer. As for men's basketball, I'll wait to see how this season plays out. Tech was definitely better in 04-05 while UVa was better in 05-06. Now that Virginia has a full roster of scholies and Tech's players family illnesses/troubles are no longer a distraction, we'll be able to see who lives up to/surpasses expectations this season.

Could be a real good year for the Cavs.
