What do you wish your city had or developed by this time?

A centralized downtown.

Taller buildings downtown and an entertainment district.

Light rail and taller buildings. We have plans for light rail its just we haven't been really good at implementing them yet.

At least 1 million people and some excellent high-rise living options downtown.

Not a pratical request, but I wish Charlotte had a river running through it, not forming the county borders.

Short of that, I wish the Bobcats had a feature player that would sell out games.

That our biotech park "takes off", downtown development explodes with several high-rise condo projects, and that our population surpasses Charlottes!  (one can dream for former glory again!   )

Most of all, I would like Light Rail. And for the Titans to go to playoffs.
