Whenever I lurk in the forum, I always see about 3-5 guests reading the threads, and today it was actually up to 8.  I just encourage all of you, to make memberships and come and talk on the boards.  The more people the more enjoyable UP| is.

We always encourage everyone to hop on here, and have fun in the discussions.  Sometimes when you first post it might seem a little wierd, because you haven't done it before.  But don't worry we won't bite.  All opinions are welcome here, as long as they are delivered in a grown up manner.  :)  Also don't be afraid to have a sense of humor.  That can go a long way in keeping things interesting.

Yes, Please!  This forum desparately needs some intellectual conversation on here.  Don't get me wrong, I like the chatter in here...just wish we (this forum) could really talk about urban issues beyond just posting new developments.  Hehehe...my wish for the new year.

Well just visit more, because I am hoping hawai'i can get its own subforum, and then have sticky topics, they aren't always project updates, and a nice off-topic thread to really get people active on the forum, and hopefully form a nice little community.

I would like to get a building Height Topic, and a completion date project topic.. I may start them if I can find all the info.

I just wish we could make them sticky.

Whatever you guys want just holla, although I warn against making to many stickys.  They tend to lose meaning if you go crazy with them. UG send a holla over to Metro about why you can't sticky.  Not sure about that one myself, just know i'm not one of the gods on here so I can't dell out power.  I can lobby however ;)

I think two good ones to go up there are the tallest in the region, and then people who read.  Besides that I think everything else can stay down. how does everyone else feel?

I'm fine with that,  it's ultimately up to you guys.  This is your forum, i'll help anyway I can.  I sticky-d the people who read topic.  I'll accomodate in anyway I can.  I recomend an off-topic thread.  I think it would do some good to get some random conversation going, people are more apt to join once they feel comfortable that's a good way to break the ice.

any time you need something just send me a PM I'll take care of it, I generally check in a couple times a day.
