I'm usually active in the Virginia, USA forum, but there's recently been a huge proposal made by a Korean company.  Sun Rise Development proposed a $4 billion project in Virginia Beach, Virginia.  Nobody knows much about this company and I was wondering if anyone in the Asia forum could provide us Virginians with some info...
