Its the fifth summit so far and progress on transportation, regulation and creating new business activity has been seen thus far. One notable is the Public Employee Retirement System is where the the Oregon Business Plan has saved/will save the state $10B. Not too shabby.
Despite progress on many goals, lots of work remains

Sustainability: Oregon's brand and niche
An update from the Oregon economic development summit, with the first day's main topic being Oregon's ability at sustainabiliy and how it should be something the state should market itself worldwide as a strength of Oregon's business culture. The article certainly goes into much greater detail.
