Well it looks like we will be able to ride the MAX lightrail from Union Station to Portland State University as soon as 2009. This portion of the transit line will run along the busmall streets of fifth and sixth in downtown Portland. The coming of MAX coincides with other improvements to the busmall as well.
Also by 2009 the MAX will connect Gateway transit center with Clackamas Town Center.
