Here are a few photos from last Wednesday and a few from back in August that I posted on SkyScraperPage and I figured I would post them here as well.

thanks for the awesome pictures! the last one is my favorite. If I'm not mistaken, that is from just infront of Rolling Mill Hill.

That might be the best view in all of Nashville, and should go on RMH's website. It could definitely sell some units with the advertisement of that view alone!

^^The view from RHM is amazing. I went up there to check out RHM itself and was shocked by the view.

Great job Arkitekte! Thanks for posting these on Urbanplanet because I couldn't find them on skyscraperpage. I really like the photo from the occupy site with the dog and the state capitol in the back. That's a cool photo. I hope we can look forward to more photos from you in the future.

It was titled "Straight Outta Cashville" so that's what you might have not been able to find it. Lol
I will make a forum meet one day and hopefully we can all take some photos together.  What is your user name on skyscraperpage?

Here are a few photos taken from Rose Park off 12 Avenue South. This is the park Belmont University  convinced the City to allow them to use for athletic facilities such as baseball, softball and soccer/track. The locals were not happy about it, to say the least.

Zooming in on the SoBro area where the 25 story Omni Hotel is under construction. In a year or so, you would also see a 32 story Apartment Building, a 17 story (Westin?) Hotel, a 13 story Hyatt hotel and possibly another 30+/- story building in this view.

It is a great place to view the skyline. Check it out.

Heh, the city looked a thousand times better back back in the day. The view from the south just shows what a tragically located, block-eating monstrosity the MCC is. And what an awesome idea that Newtowner, Bzorch and Cdubb had to bury that urban black hole so a real city could be rebuilt on top. Let's hope that all these proposed hotels come on line and the MCC truly is an economic engine for the city.

Where are some good locations to take pictures of the skyline as a whole? Since Downtown Nashville is right along the river there are few hills next to downtown to take good shots from. The only place I know of where I can take good skyline shots is the Shelby Street Pedestrian Bridge.

A few places are Love Circle in West Nashville, the Cumberland Science Museum, and the hill behind Belmont.

33rd Ave North by all the modern homes has a nice view. The only bad thing is you can't really get a full skyline shot without trespassing.
