Here are some recent pics of Perth Amboy NJ. I was in a hurry, so some were taken from my car.

























A big block of downtown has been cleared for development.

The Outerbridge carries traffic from NJ to Staten Island


That's Staten Island, a borough of NYC, across the river.

Perth Amboy is a great little city.  They've been doing a lot of work over the past few years to revitalize many of the industrial areas on the waterfront, and bring vitality back to the commercial streets.  Thank you for these photos.  I'd love to see more of this town and the new developments going on there.

Very nice. It seems like a small town with a big city feel. The downtown looks healthy, with few vacancies or seedy businesses like liquor stores or check cashing places. Probably it will continue to revive.
