Can anyone tell me what is going on with the old white gas station that is fenced in on Howard Ave, next to MacDintons, and across from Dubliner/Sangrias. Id like to purchase that lot, and make into a Cafe/Bar called "The Filling Station" keep the garage doors and have them opened during good weather, maintain the look of the gas station, and have my bar and wait staff dressed as old time station attendants.
