The Monte Group has announced plans for a $50 million condo project called the Metropolitan to be located at 311 E. 11th St. near the State Capitol. Construction on the 8-story building could begin in March and should take two years to complete. It will be built atop a 6 level underground parking garage and will have retail at street level. The building was designed by Noack-Little Architects Inc.
