I heard from a friend last night that this would be before the BZA tonight.  He said something about it being "controversial" so I wondered if they would get the go-ahead. I'm glad they did.  That is a pretty dense neighborhood and it's not good to have empty buildings like that.  Plus, there seems to be a lot of demand for apt. housing near downtown right now.
