I too have had the pleasure of exploring Portland.
It really is a beautiful city; vibrant and eclectic.

It's such a fascinating mix of east and west, old and new, hip and serious, urban and green.
I could easily see myself living there.

I don't know the exact name, but it is the shell of an old building I believe.  The Saturday Market is held in that area, pretty impressive if you get the chance to go.
