The Hill Country Galleria is an 930,000 sf outdoor mall under construction in the town of Bee Cave. The project will also serve as a town center as it will be home to the new City Hall and an ampitheater. The City Hall will contain town council chambers and a new library.

The Galleria also will house 50 brownstone condominiums and 309 apartments. Construction on the multifamily units begins in January. An additional 150,000 square feet of office space will sit above the stores.

The largest retailer will be Dillard's which will have a 150,000 sf store. Other retailers include:
Ann Taylor Loft, Barnes & Noble, Eddie Bauer, New York & Co., Cinemark movie theaters, Angel's Day Spa, Cingular, Coldwater Creek, Fish City Grill, Just Add Water, Pacific Sunwear, Talbot's, Wachovia and Zales.

The Hill Country Galleria will be opening this fall.
