Came across an interesting article about the plans for the Abu Dhabi Cultural District on Saadiyat Island. The masterplan for the cultural district was done by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), while the individual venues were designed by different architects. They include the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi designed by Frank Gehry, Performing Arts Centre by Zaha Hadid, Classical Museum by Jean Nouvel, and Maritime Museum by Tadao Ando. The article has descriptions of each venue by the architects and many renderings.

It's funny I could tell who designed it without looking at the captions. That performing arts center has some impressive views.
