Link is pretty sketchy on details other then that the lead tenents are TJ Maxx, Michaels and Famous Footware. Not that exciting of a development, however, it will be the city's first Michael's and Famous Footwear so they may be some benefits there for residents. No renderings were available yet, but I would assume it will look like your average strip mall.
