Hi, this is Matt Thomas with the Stadium Club team. I would like to introduce to you our latest development, Stadium Club at University of Florida.

great way to advertise.

looks like a good project.  THis and University Corners can really add to the neighborhood.

Thanks for the comments. We've pulled our demo permits and are scheduled for mid April and break ground soon after. We're only at the reservation stage for the condominium units, but have 19 of the 24 already spoken for.

When is the project expected to be completed?

Anyone have an updayte on University Corners, Gainesville Greens, Springhills and Hilton projects in Gainesville?

Our target completion date is for Summer '08, before the Football Season starts.

I thought this was a pretty interesting article that was recently posted in the Gainesville Sun about changing the formula for calculating the maximum height zoned for "Urban" development near residential neighborhoods in the areas around UF.

dgreen, to answer your question about Gainesville Greens:

We are currently in the process of finishing out our sales center, located on site. Our grand opening will be early April; however, we are currently taking reservations and will start taking contracts once the sales center has opened. Ground breaking for the project is planned to occur by the end of the summer.
