Lagacy Partners has acquired 3.3 acres of land at the intersection of Studemont Street and Memorial Drive and plans to build Legacy at Memorial, a 25-story, 274 unit apartment tower. The project will also have 60 lofts in a wood framed building on the property. The projects architect is WDG Habib Architecture. Construction is scheduled to begin in September and should take approx. 20 months to complete.
