Midtown Atlanta Developments

Over the next couple of days, I may be adding a few of the more recent posts from the old Atlanta Highrise Boom thread that I find relevant. Until then, feel free to visit the topic here (it's locked, though, so nothing new can be posted there).
EDIT: I have looked back on quite a few of the most recent pages of the thread and haven't found much yet that couldn't be easily replicated here. You may, for now, however, be interested in Martinman's citywide updates post from back in March.
Please note that this is a discussion thread for urban developments and projects of all sorts, not just skyscrapers. Information about skyscrapers is by all means welcome because they are a part of an urban environment, but they are not the only part of an urban environment.
Also, for news clippings and articles, please do be mindful of UrbanPlanet's article posting policy.
Small clippings (if the source allows it) of two sentences are allowed with a summary that's at least a sentence or two long by the poster. The link to the article must also be supplied.
DO NOT POST ENTIRE ARTICLES OR JUST LINKS!
For more information, please visit UrbanPlanet's Forum Rules in the Urban Planet Information forum.
If you have any questions, please feel free to PM me and I'll do my best to answer them.

If the finished product looks anything like that second rendering Martinman posted, we'll be in for a real treat

Other than the curvature of the building, there's really not much interesting about the design.
Btw, according to Business Chronicle there's a strong possibility that the winner of this seasons "Apprentice" will be assigned to this project.

Hopefully the "Blueprint" handles what they can do with this side of the building. I'm sure if they had their way, it would be the entrance to the garage, but I don't think Crescent can be used as an alley-way.
Novare had this same issue with the original ViewPoint plans which had the only entrance to the garage on Juniper.
