This is a development going on in Louisa County in Zion Crossroads it includes an Outlet Mall a Wal-Mart Supercenter and a Hotel as well as an Exxon Gas Station. In the Richmond Times Dispatch they say Louisa is to have 42,000 More People in the county by the year 2020.

Where in the state is Louisa located? What major cities is it near?

Zion Crossroads, only 40 miles West of Short Pump... = Richmond's future west end..... and then Charlottesville, Waynesboro, Staunton, Monterey and eventually Huttonsville, WV, where I think 250 finally ends.  In all seriousness though, this development probably has a lot more to do with growth in the Charlottesville metro than with Richmond.
