The transformation of Flagler Village appears to be moving at a snails pace. Does anyone know what's going on with the much talked about Village Lofts (by Crosswinds) and The Heights - both on NE 4th Avenue?

There are "Pre-Construction Pricing" signs and the land is cleared....thats about it.
I too am very disappointed in how slowly "Flagler Village" in evolving. They threw up some lofts and well, thats about it.. where is the ground floor retail? Where is the 24/7 lifestyle they advertise. I bike through almost every weekend hoping something has changed. Its been the same for 2 years! (I need a new hobby LOL)

And what about now, two years later and at the beginning of a depression? Any further progress?
