Woolworth building downtown?

hey what are they doing with the old Woolworth building? i been here half a decade and it's been exactly the same no rumors on anything. also any news on any new construction going on? because downtown augusta has got a little stale lately

Which one is the old Woolworth's?  I know Halterman is supposed to be rennovating the old White's building.

The former F.W. Woolworth & Co. store at Eighth and Broad streets
Starworth Properties LLC, the Atlanta investment group acquired the building last month.
Mr. Benefield and his partners. Including a big-money real estate investor from Los Angeles. Will develop the property into a commercial-residential development.

More residents moving downtown in 2008 and 2009. Atlanta, charlotte, and dallas developers are taking alot of property in augusta.
