The T&P station down the street has already been converted to loft condos, and now the long abandoned, massive T&P warehouse will be getting converted to around 300 apartments and ground-floor retail.  Here's a photo of the building and a (not great quality) rendering of the plans:

Better views of the renderings.  The back of the property is a parking garage, which surrounds new multi-story additions in the back, which in turn surround a plaza and fountain:
