Wall Street Tower begins construction this fall in Omaha.  The condo tower will be Omaha's third residential highrise over 200' and will have 32 floors at 373 feet.  Once completed, it will also be Omaha's third tallest building.

That's a sleek looking high-rise condo!!! Is that the Woodman Tower in the background?? The Omaha skyline continues to grow!

No...the building in the background is the Union Pacific HQs, Union Pacific Center.  At 317' it'll be the 5th tallest once Wall Street's completed.

Demolition on the old UP HQ's is well under way and should be complete by the end of the year.

Despite a price increase in July of up to $35,000 for the most popular units, Novak said, WallStreet Tower is steadily drawing reservations.

This is a sweet lookin tower.  I always enjoy the drive through Omaha on my way to Lincoln or Denver.

You ain't kiddin'! That is one sleek looking tower that will fit like a glove in the Omaha skyline. Every mid-major city's downtown could use something like this. Thanks for the updates Rardy, keep up the great work!
