3 Canal Place Well, we've speculated about this for a while, and plans appear to be coming the surface! At 340 feet, the building will be one foot shy of the top of the Hilton. A rendering is contained in the money pages of the Times-Picayune, but I did not see it online.

thats one of the big drawbacks to viewing nola.com, they post very few photos from the print edition, unlike others like 2the advocate.com. I am curious about the design. I'll google to try to find a rendering to post or maybe someone could scan from the TP.
anyway, this will be an exciting addition to Canal Place, and a perfect location at the base of Canal Street.

Thanks for posting this. I like the design of the tower! This will fit in nicely in the CBD.

Looks like it will fit in with the existing Canal Place buildings nicely.

I know they just received some GO ZONE money last month. I'm guessing we will hear more over the next few months now that the funding was approved.

From the berger website it seems like they know what they are doing and it seems like they are used to finding the best financing possible taking advantage of anything they can from what I have read on their site
