This will be where the Red Lobster and Circuit City will be located. Along w/ Gap and Old Navy and quite a few others from what I hear.

I didn't know that the development that includes the Kohl's and Hobby Lobby will be about the size of Manchester Village. Dave Lyle traffic will be ridiculous for a city Rock Hill's size in about two years.
I'd like to see at least one of these new hotels go downtown.
