The Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe is building a new casino in the Standish area north of Bay City. This is the same tribe that owns the Soaring Eagle Casino in Mount Pleasent. This is an early article about the casino.

Yes, I talked to some one who said that they were heading up there for a job interview Monday or Tuesday.
