This development, combined with the new port expansions, could potentialy change the face of the entire region. Unfortionatly it is adding jobs away from the population center, however it will reduce the truck traffic that is now respossible for many of our traffic headaches. With the new 460, Western Tidewater will never be the same. The growth potential of this area is unlimited and 30 years from now we will be connected to the Richmond/Petersburg metro area on the south side of the James River.
