This new LEED silver level certified tower at the corner of 42nd Street and Eighth Avenue will have 1.1 million square feet of new office space near Times Square.

Doesn't look bad, esp. for Times Square. Then again, in that part of town you don't need to have something look nice more than 80 feet above street level. All the lights and signs and whatnot.
Nice to see it be a green building too. Need more of those. My college built a few of them now, may not be the greatest looking buildings in the world but are fine and serve good purpose.
