William Beaver House is rising 47 floors above the historic Wall             Street area. Inside, there will be 258 simplex residences, 48             furnished residences, 10 duplex residences, each with a private             terrace, and 3 penthouses with private terraces. The building, designed by Tsao & McKown, uses an inventive building         envelope: subtly contrasting fields of bronze and gray-colored brick         are highlighted with glazed yellow brick panels.

Color scheme looks really odd, especially if it's going to look multi colored silver and yellow.  Doesn't mix.
