The New York Daily News is reporting that Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly has established a new policy regarding Officer involved shootings. Anytime an Officer fires his weapon and a suspect is hit, the Officer will be required to take an alcohol breathalyzer test. The police union is fighting this in federal court.
