Sarasota Developer to Offer Four Houses for Free

The developer of Citrus Square, a mixed-use develoopment in Sarasota, has no use for four Craftsman style bungalows currently on the property.  Mark Pierce is offering the houses for free to anyone willing to remove them form the property.  If not removed, they will be demolished.  I haven't seen the proposal for the development yet, but at least a developer is appearing to make an honest effort at preservation instead of outright demolition.  I hope the houses can find new owners soon.
