Anyway this should be a great project. Should really help out West Tampa and it's a good mix of retail, office, condo, apartment, townhomes, and public areas.

^Yea, kinda close. In the 2nd pic U of T is about 10 blocks to the east (up in the pic) from the project.

It's great to see more of these mixed-use projects.  I hope that they will become the norm rather than the exception.  What shops and restaurants are planned?

^Unknown, though about 25,000 sq. feet of retail is planned in the 1st pahse alone.

One of the parking garages is topped out and construction is underway on some of the townhomes.
