Breakwater/Edison

I'd like to get a sense of order with the threads inb the South Florida forum.  Hence, I'm starting a new thread for Miami Beach discussion .  To begin, an article about the Breakwater and Edison properties on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach.  I think the buildings will fare better as hotels than as condos- particularly in the wasteland thqat is Miami's current condo market.  Jettisoning the Nicky Hilton connection is also a plus for the project.  Given the location, I would expect a hotel to do well here.  Perhaps the new owner will have better success than the Falor/Nicky Hilton venture.  Skip the buzz and get it done.
