Though some mentions of the Federal City project have been made in the Development Thread, I felt that this project is substantial enough to warrant a thread of its own.

Though already mentioned in the development thread, the U.S. Navy has signed a 75-year lease for the Federal City project located in Algiers. However, Congress also has to sign the lease in order for it to take effect, and unless that is done by September 30th, the project will die automatically. [fingers crossed]
