I remember this being mentioned a year ago but I haven't seen a rendering until now. This rendering is only for the NN housing as far as I know. I'll try to find a rendering for the stuff on Hampton blvd and post it in the Norfolk forum.

Here are more renderings of this project.  The larger buildings look nice, but the smaller ones in the foreground of the last pic I'm not so sure about.  They look like typical suburban condos...
