Space-Age Building to Fall to Wrecking Ball
The Diocese of St. Louis plans to raze an early 1960's building now used as apartments for the elderly. For many, the building might appear hard to love. In its present state it would take more than a little money to restore it to usefulness. The larger question here is the disappearance of our more recent past. This isn't my favorite building, but it's got a few interesting features. Thoughts on this anyone?
