Ok everyone, I am trying to re-compile a list of projects in and around Downtown, Southbank, San Marco, etc. I know they are going on, but I've lost touch with what's happening in Jax, and I want to fix that :)

This is a large task, but can anyone out there help?

I'm looking for the name, location, type (condo, office, etc) and any other pertinent info.

Real estate, both residential and commercial, is dead in the water. Anything that hasn't already broken ground just ain't gonna happen. Not for several years, anyway.

Thats definitely one of the most streeful sales/proposeal video's I've ever watched. Its a shame that none of the buildings are going to be built. Who is paying to build the pier, and will it include that weird sail monument?

Spartan, I'll see what I can throw together.  There is quite a bit going on so I'll have to add the info bit by bit.
