This looks like a nice project.  I wonder what it is replacing?  There seems to be little drop in the demand for oceanfront condos- at least the expensive ones don't appear to have diminished in number.

^This isn't ocean front. This is for downtown, about 3 blocks from the bay. I think it is replacing a parking lot.

My bad.  Looking at the website, the project looks good enough.  I think it has an interesting profile- not just another box or wedge of glass.

St. Pete has a lot of beachy looking condos in downtown completed. This along with Signature will be two nice exceptions.
