The beleagured 191 Peachtree Tower that lost King & Spalding to the new 1180 Peachtree Tower is facing loosing firm Deloitte & Touche when their lease expires this year, and Barry Real Estate is courting Deloitte & Touche to be their primary tenant in the 47- story 50 Allen Plaza.

Here is the complete senerio>

I saw this while actually searching for another webpage and it cought me attention, and since it was 2008 that the lease would expire, I wasn't sure of the status, so that's why this was posted to hopefully find out an update from a fellow urbanplaneter, which luckily I did.

Thanks!

Ummm... that's a two-year old story you're referencing there.  Cousins announced last month that Deloitte (& Touche) had renewed 100,000 sf and added another 160,000 sf in 191 Peachtree (consolidating out of Peachtree Center).  It's now 87% leased.

Well, that's good to hear. The last thing 191 Peachtree needs is to lose more tenants.
