I was on I-20 headed for columbia and I noticed that there was no type of construction going on at the site, what is up with this project is it still ago?

Both sites are up and it still says open by 2009. Its only february 2008. The pictures are nice though

It probably won't be open until 2010 unless we hear an update in a the next 2 to 3 months.
