So what is happening with Pharr/Peachtree and the four corners? Obviously the NE corner has a huge development going on. What happened to the plans to demolish that eyesore that used to be the Three Dollar Cafe? Is it true that both banks on the NW corner will be moved and then demolished? What happened with Hotel Monaco for the SW corner? Further down (westbound) on Pharr, it leads to some older and somewhat tacky condo and apartment complexes. I know 55 Pharr is coming down next winter. What other developments are planned in the immediate area?
