I think the rendering shown looks ok, this project will be a big boost for the area.

The town center will definitely be an improvement over the old Fort Saginaw Mall, but all the stores that were there closed  for a reason. Who is to say that this project will do any better. At least the crumbling mall will be torn down and that will be a massive improvement in my opinion.

The problem with the existing mall was perception.  It was a dump.  No one in their right mind would shop their when more attractive retail existed in Saginaw Township.  I think this development would do alright, although I do agree, its scale worries me a bit.
